Board games
Board games were very much a part of my childhood. My favorite back then was "Park and shop", which was an American game. I have no idea where my parents bought it because I never saw it anywhere else. It was thrown out many years ago due to wear and tear. Still, there are plenty of other great board games around, even in the computer age.
Games sometimes go under different names. Clue in America is Cluedo in Britain while Chutes and ladders in America is "Snakes and ladders" in Britain. Othello is sometimes known as "Reversi".
